MJW Posted January 2, 2016 Share Posted January 2, 2016 (edited) All the steps are standard PDN stuff (Effects>Blurs>Gaussian Blur, Adjustments>Curves, etc.) except the displacement, which can be done with Red ochre's Effects>Distort>ClipDisplace. (As far as I can see, there's really no reason to save the blurred image then bring it back in as the video does. Just put it in another layer.)
