Many thanks @dipstick for your help 😋

Long story short.
I have an old PC running windows 8. not connected to the internet for any update to 8.1(not WiFi or other means of internet enabled) I am in need of shape 3D that can run on PDN V3.5.9. I do know that this forum is not a place for old version requests etc.. But if any kind soul has a copy of said plugin i would be very thankful. I don't fancy trying to download a non official (and possible virus infected version) I did have a folder of plugins for earlier versions of PDN, but heyho, lost in time.
Thanks in advance. 😊

Ok, now I see where's the problem is. The entire folder input location must have no spaces. Unfortunately, I am unable to fix that issue.
Thanks for looking into it all the same

Remove the space in the folder name by renaming it.
I did that first, I called it folder, I even resized and renamed the images within to 1,2,3,4 etc..

That's something I need to figure out how to fix as I'm new to file loading coding in g'mic. You could remove the offending file, or copy only images into a folder without space, and then use that folder.
Thanks, I will make a new folder and report back
New error and it still thinks the folder is empty ?

The thought of having to spell centre as center brings a flashback to the Poison Pixie who terrorised us in English lessons.
She was pure evil.
I alway think @Pixey is an all round good girl.....Oh wait different spelling, damn English-GB

@AndrewDavid & @Reptillian found it thanks, but get an error (see screenshot) Also when selecting a folder to mosaic my image layer, there is no images in the folder (even though I know there is)

Mosaic filter has arrived. Update via latest gmic to test it. You have to use autocrop on to make it work though. Next filter is PNG glitching.
Latest version of G'Mic installed, checked for updated filters, still showing same amount of filters (516) no sign of Mosaic.

I know that I should know better / know by now. But I want to add scanlines to a photo for a desired effect and I'm almost sure there was a plugin at one time (search shows up nothing though) I am aware of the 2D image plugin, but this enlarges the image beyond what I am needing. So the question is - How can I easily create scanlines to a photo.
Any help welcome

This will be of great use, thanks @xod

Thanks @AndrewDavid for the pointers.
There must have been a ghost in the machine yesterday, I managed to create a stylised image this morning. A mix of the railway station at Lhasa and a houseboat belonging to David Gilmour. Result:

You're supposed to copy a image you want to use first, and change layer input to active and below or something like that.
Just tried doing that, still getting the same prompt as the above screenshot.

Having just had a fool around with the stylise effect, I am given this prompt concerning two layers. I have two layers of the same image loaded. The previous release of this plugin also gave the same prompt. Any thoughts on it ?

This is very interesting and a lot of fun/exploration to be had.
