  1. Twist Blur Deluxe...? Pardon? Are you saying there is an actual plug-in that will let me do that, or are you just speculating about the name?
  2. You spelled it right. Cool, I may use this.
  3. Perfect! Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for something that will let me easily, without messing with selection, twist something from a certain spot on the canvas.
  4. Same here. Since I don't know any other programming code apart from HTML, I feel like I'm learning advanced stuff without the basics. And the thought of learning both Java and C# just overwhelms me... And dang it, I have enough to do with school.
  5. I like the old sig better, someone. I think this one has something somewhat cold to it. It almost feels... mean, or maybe cruel. Kinda weird, I'll agree.
  6. Erm, I have the same thing as Magic Glass, except with True Gaussian Blur. I see no difference with regular gaussian blur.
  7. Also very cool for pixel art. Saves you tons of time.
  8. I'd like this too. As well as twist deluxe, bulge deluxe, polar inversion deluxe...
  9. I suggest you don't use clouds then. It's fractal perlin noise, according to Tom Jackson. Oh, and maybe, you should try coding your own gaussian blur, because, it's cheating if you don't find the code yourself, huh? It's about what you can do with what you have. No harsh feelings
  10. Google "Download Apophysis", then see what you can do. It's a really cool program. I also like Chaoscope. If you'rre having problems saving your fractals into images, you can use the button above Insert to take a screenshot of your screen then figure out what you want to do with it. By the way, a fractal is an image your repeat over and over again, sometimes bigger and sometimes smaller. Exemple, a triangle, with the same triangle, except smaller inside, with a triangle, except smaller inside... and so on. You'll figure it out.
  11. That's really cool Sozo. I like Luminescense (sp?) a lot. Tillerman, I would have suggested drawing the lines with anti-alias on. And, try to blur the grass, not too much though. Say.... 10-15.
  12. This will be great for pattern packs.
  13. I assume you can create something similar with lots of Apophysis fractals. With PdN however, I have no clue.
  14. I want to know too, I saw a tut for it, but I didn't bother bookmarking it. And now I wanna start tagging, and I can't figure out how to do that on PdN :?
  15. Well, it's easy that way, but when you start with an existing .pdn or something and you have lots of non-numbered layers, numbering them can be pretty confusing -- you get to the 30th layer to find out that you have two "3" layers and that you have to redo them all :x . I'm not sure numbering them would be that much of an annoyance.
  16. I understand about the layer multiplicator, but just a simple numbering would really help I think. I get lost after 30+ layers, especially if they're very similar. It's like trying to count how many wheat grains there are there are in a wheat field. Except it's much easier. Nonetheless, it's pretty hard and confusing.
  17. I hope this hasn't been suggested already, I used search and I found nothing. I was making an animated cursor with lots of layers, and I wanted to know where the middle frame of the animation was. To do so, I had to number each layer. Fun! Wouldn't it be more practical if you could automatically number layers from top to bottom or from bottom to top? For another creation, I needed lots of the same layers, and I had to duplicate it again and again and again. Wouldn't it be much easier to right click a layer, click on "Auto multiplication" and choose the number of layers duplicates that I want? Would this be easy-ish to implement, or would it be a pain in the potato ( )?
  18. You saved it as a .gif! next time, use a .png. much better quality+transparency.
  19. On the program you're using, when you enter text, it stays dynamic, which means it is text, so it's still edit-able (sp?). But on PdN, the text you use, after you change tools or whatever, becomes like any other image.
  20. Can you post the .dll file? WinZip won't unzip anything anymore Is there a free alternative to WinZip?
  21. LilRedneck, I suggest you finish the right dog's tail and paw, because they're cut. the tail shouldn't be a pain, but the paw will be hard.
  22. Just right-click and save them. I just figured that out Thanks for all the feedback, I'm pretty proud of myself
