Looking good. Thanks, it seems a lot of people like my stuff.. The thing I never got on how to do is that oval highlight on most of the signatures I see.. Select an oval at the top of your signature, add a new layer, and pick white and a very light grey. Draw a gradient, getting lighter as it goes to the inside of the pic. Deselect. Feather/antialias. Change the layer's transparency to your liking. [EDIT] Since I posted this, and my beveled text was on the bottom of the page, I might as well just post it again.

Awesome! Really good work! d.a too, I really like it. Trippdoctor, I think the text shouldn't be antialiased. Go for sharp text. that's what suits Visitor best. Ended up with this by continuing on this tutorial... Note that beveling like this ONLY works if you have an outline font like this one: Just keep solarizing the neon layer (or duplicating it, setting the top layer's blend mode to negation then merging it with it's replica) to get the bevel. Then I leave you to imagine what you can do to get the inside of the letters colored, it shouldn't be to(o?) difficult. Remember the Reflect belnding mode for reflections. And a big ovation for the bottom of the page :x

So, like what was being asked in the waterdrop tutorial? I suppose it would be lens or sphere. although they give bad results when used at big amounts.

The only problem that I ever, ever, ever see in your gfx's is the aliasing. Although it doesn't allow them to denigrate work you spent time on, trying to give them a gift, I think that's what led them to not liking it. I understood earlier that you wanted to keep jaggedy edges because not everything is perfect, but what people want is perfection. It's sad, but that's the way it is. My pathetic attempt at glass. Through negation, :Curves: and :Curves:+ (alpha). I need to find a way to make a reflection, otherwise it looks like a plain arrows with an outline. Or tube oblique. I like BB's plug-in better, but it's no reason to not publish your work indeed.

Thanks for the comment, it's no magic though ... A lot of negation, a lot of outline object, a lot of conditionnal hue/saturation on fade, and some gradients (HSV long).

I like outline object.

I suggest you work on these little white and blue sharp spots. And the "inside" caption. And antialias the intel logo. The blurred chrome is cool though. [Edit to not double-post] Does this count as a blinking, annoying, or inappropriate image?

Wow verndewd, did you use curves for the caps? Also, I suggest a hue change on the orange. Say purple. And how did you get the circles inside the glass?
