The plugin doesn't perform full-image anti-aliasing. It performs edge anti-aliasing; meaning the object you're running the plugin on needs to have transparent edges.

This actually looks like a HiDPI issue. Try changing the display scaling to 100% in the Windows Settings.

Before performing the Fill, set the Secondary Color to Transparent. Then it won't be White, it will be Transparent.
