  13. You'll lose printer and scanner functionality, and the thumbnails for *.PDN files in Windows. And some performance. But it should work just fine.

  20. No. I'm mostly assuming based on the fact that it would take about 1 minute to write one in C# or Visual Basic using WinForms. Just use a search engine I guess.
