  1. Sash is correct. 129 should be the new number, as 128 corresponds to the competition that just ended.
  2. Many congrats everyone and thanks to chimay for keeping the contest running
  3. Really nice tute I'll try to put into use! Thanks for it!
  4. Most times we want to anti-alias an image, like toe_head said above. However, if what you really want is to actually alias an image, you may be interested in Mike Ryan's Alias plugin (in any case, follow both links and see if either plugin does what you want).
  5. Many congrats everyone! @Red: I had some idea of what I wanted to do in order to participate but didn't have time to work on it. Next time I guess
  6. I've been watching your gallery, Drew, and I think you are a really great artist! Keep it going!
  7. Oh, an animation with my name, I love it! I'll take the dessert too!
  8. Staring at it is totally absorbing! It has so much depth
  9. In the meantime, let's not forget the wonderful plugins TR's SplineMaster and Red ochre's Bezncurve (follow the links for downloading and instructions on how to use them). For the time being, I think these two plugins are the best alternatives we have for drawing splines, beziers, and curves in general.
  10. Yes, a very nice gesture, although it's true it would be nice to have a few more points to grant per day
  11. Welcome! Let us know if anything cool comes out of it
  12. I also highly recommend his other plugins which are not included in the pack and whose links you can find by the end of the first post in that link I gave you. They all offer a wide variety of artistic possibilities you can experiment with for this or other projects you may have. And you can also try out some of what MJW suggested above. Those suggestions combined with mine plus some other things may give you an even more desirable result. It all depends on what you're aiming at. I'll let you know if I come up with further ideas!
  13. You need to install Red ochre's plugin pack (follow this link to download it). There are several plugins included in the pack besides Two Tone Threshold, but believe me you won't regret installing the full pack. It's only too good!
  14. Pixey, you are too much of an artist! Someone should name a street after you!
  15. Hi and welcome to the forums! You can try TR's PseudoSnap, which allows you to align objects snapping them to a grid. In the plugin's thread there's a tutorial video showing how to use it. Hope it helps!
