swampwizard
Hello, I'm new to this forum but I have used paint.net for small jobs. I have a photo of an old apt. building that I've converted to black and white. As you can see the top floor is colored a shade of yellow with detail. I just wan't to colorize the top floor. It seems to me there is way to do with layers but I've never used layers. I've attached photos below. If you couls send me a tutorial and any advice I would greatly appreciate it. Photo.net is a great tool, I just don't know to do everything. Thanks PS-I tried to upload the photos but they were to big. Can I compress them with WinRAR and then send them? PyroTechniques
We really need a more descriptive name for that tut. Also, most people use image-hosting sites like Photobucket or ImageShack to upload photos. You just get an account on one of those sites, upload your photos, then the site will give you links to the photos that you can post wherever you like. Quote Photobucket Sucks! Ego Eram Reputo
We really need a more descriptive name for that tut. It's quite apt when you've seen the movie: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0120789/ (check out the still images and you'll see why...) swampwizard
Hello everybody, I've got The Pleasantville Effect down till I get to copy and paste. When I copy by right clicking I'm still in Majic wand mode. When I deselect the tool (ctrl+D) nothing happens. Thanks for your help.
DrewDale
Your best way is using keyboard shortcuts - Ctrl + C to copy and then Ctrl + Shift + V to paste it into a new layer Edited November 16, 2012 by DrewDale
swampwizard
I just want to thank everybody. I've got it down now except I got B/W and Color turned around. The image will show what I mean
