Stupid photobucket resized WAY down, but oh well. This was originally around 2048X1500 or so... I am not finished with the entire piece (this is just one corner of the entire artwork). This is 100% PDN, but I used a stock in the full WIP. Photobucket unfortunately resized it to 1024X768. If anyone would like a specific size ratio of this one, just tell me and I will upload it. My personal favorite part of it is the top left corner. full(but resized) Corner: Ending the 2010 year with a BANG! Just messing around with a few textures I made a while ago. Put them all together and added some text and blending, etc. AOTW dreaded P.I. I submitted it (more details on DA) and will hopefully get an email on the verdict soon. I tried to upload it into Photobucket, but it was taking forever (3 hours, just like DA) and it never finished. I finally gave up and settled on a lower resolution version. But I will not spend that long to upload it into photobucket. I still wanted to share it with everyone here, so here is the link. http://heatstroke99....Cover-199122017 Using Sargon III's tutorial Here is another 'black star' picture. It was meant to be a wallpaper, but... I forgot to change the size when I started. So it stayed 800x600. I am fairly disappointed at that, but there was nothing I could do about it by the time I realized it. an apple made using this tutorial. ~895-graphics on DA used this tutorial and made a great picture, so I gave it a try in PDN. I only used photoshop to warp the apple at the end of the tutorial. I love photoshop's transform tools. This was made using Welshblue's great wood tutorial And I used Welshblue's great tutorial for this image: made using xmario's glass ball tutorial Pumpkin the black at the top are dragons and the white forms moths at the bottom. Hidden Content: Drawings 2 These were drawn on paper and scanned into my computer where they were edited in paint.net i will never finish this. i was designing a painting, because i like to paint, so that is why this looks unfinished. the painting looks good. St1cki3
By the gods this is superb! You say "...so you can laugh" under the old stuff, but those are still good! What are you talking about lol. I love how you did the spaceship cockpits. And the abstracts...wow, simply put, amazing! Nothing to criticize, as these are all refreshing hahah. Heat Stroke
@St1cki3: well thank you, im glad you loved them! i wrote that because id like to think my newer stuff is better, i know i laugh when i look at them. the spaceship cockpits were probably one of my best ideas, and i didnt like the first one i made, so i couldnt let the idea die with that. so i redid it from scratch. i dont know which background is better, the abstract or the realistic, you decide. by the way, hows the weather in the 7th dimensioin? @Mayor_McSteeze:im glad you like them too! i dint think people would like those so much. a tutorial would be very hard to write, since they are all done differently and i dont write down the process. but i might find time to write up a simple 'how to' sort of thing. thanks for your praise!
