I am trying to find a specific plugin

I am looking for a plugin that makes these kind of lines (Shown in preview image) but as like an outline, kind of like as if feather was an outline.

I was hoping if anyone knew what it was so I don't have to go through the trouble of searching it everywhere since I had the plugin before.

If this is in the wrong forum topic, correct me and let me know where I can ask this instead of leaving me on the blank, else just don't answer. Thank you!

This is a very interesting question @RookieTeam and it really baffled me, as I just couldn't think of a Plugin that does that.  If I'm wrong, someone will point both of us in the right direction.

Meanwhile, perhaps this method would be of help.

This involves:

1.  Copy the edge of the widest part of your image (Rectangle select and copy)

2.  Paste it into a new layer.

3.  Have your 1st color white, and your 2nd color 0%

4.  Use the Bucket Fill and choose Fill (in the top bar) to Narrow Vertical.

5.  Duplicate the layer and Flip vertical.

6.  Duplicate again and turn this one 90 degs and shorten for the first side.

7. Duplicate and flip horizontal for the other side.

8.  Flatten these layers.

For a bit more 'bevel':

Go to Bevel Object and do this:

These lines look like stretched out pixels to me.

You can select a very thin rectangle then switch to "Move Selected Pixels" (Shortcut: M) then stretch them out.

Alternatively,

They also look like barcode. There is a plugin for that. You can even hide some message in them :)
