I mention this in the submission thread. I agree, but do not care overly much. It's sort-of skinning. The main thing is - it aught to be quite enjoyable, and not completely out of bounds.

Last night, I was watching the No. 1 Countdown on Fuse [Alternative Rock countdown], and I thought "Hmm... I should design an album cover sometime." Then, about an hour ago, I was in the offtopic thread, and thought "an Album Design Competition would be pretty cool." And about 45 seconds ago, I started typing this post.
