I thought i had left a comment on the final work  my only criticism is to much of that beautiful sky is unseen, the mountain range and sky would make a stunning work on their own, it makes me think of snow being blown off the mountain tops and sun reflecting of the snow creating colours, the dragon is like a guardian at the end of a tunnel that opens out into fantasy land

Love it, will post reasons why on Fans -
I saw the spider straight off in Bug hidden in pastel, but i can also see the faces that Welsh mentions, out of the Abyss is a great work that really hits you when you look at it, i really love that work. Tribal Prayer is what i would call a soft work where all the colours blend and it has a gentle feel and i can definitely see the hands together in prayer

Expensive taste you have in cars csm725 love the background with the explosion of colours, looks great. -
From some reason when i look at 'waiting to launch' i have 'Ice Queen' in my head i think its because i can see what looks like a woman wearing a crown right in the centre of the work, i can also see why you are thinking 'Hot air balloon', the other work 'Sad Face' makes me think of a colourful tribal mask, i really enjoy looking at your abstracts because they allow the imagination of each person to see something different, and that's the stamp of great art

The table works are great, i especially like the rolled up news paper and the vase with flowers -
The sky looks wonderful, when i first looked at the work my first thought was a small creature looking skyward and the colours they might see through grass and flowers with the orbs being morning dew, love the colours once again

Im really happy you are posting the older works, the abstracts are beautiful and the dragon and butterfly is excellent, i love the expression on the dragons face
-
 that really is beautiful, i was going to say if you used the perspective plugin it could be made into a Faberge egg, but then i saw the oriental man and dragons head in it

A Fleeting Glimpse replied to A Fleeting Glimpse's topic in The Pictorium
@ Helen: thanks Helen, you know the reason behind it @ Bjarni : there's a good reason why it is so busy @ Frontcannon : to cut a long story short, 'Show Time' came about because of a statement made by a very pompous and arrogant man (not from this or any other forum) , the statement made was basically that Digital art was very easy and with no prior knowledge of PDN or the work i would post he would be able to recreate it with in one week, if he fails he has to pick up the bill for a meal for two at a restaurant of my choice, i can smell the steaks already -

I had to laugh at that comment and i think you will know why having looked at my gallery, i think they are great
-
Great work on the new windows logo, excellent glass effect
-
I can see the owl's eyes and beak, but i can also see a Tiger wearing a crown and sun glasses, he's at the very top of the inverted V on the top of the abstract, once you see him the inverted V becomes his cape , like Pink Fusion , lovely colouring and i can definitely see the Snake skin
