I'm not so sure they look pretty good -
My guess is that he took a screenshot pasted it in paint.net made it fit the window and then took another screenshot pasted it and made it fit then he just kept on doing that until there were so many windows you couldn't see the last one because it was/is so small... Correct me if i'm wrong
