  1. No no. He's talking about the majestic cantaloupe like in the song "Home, Home on the range". You know. Where the deer and the cantaloupe roll. Rant: I've been legally blind my whole life but they didn't know it tell I was 3/4 way through the first grade. Now some how I passed the first grade till my parents found out about my eyesight. Then I got held back and redid the first grade again. I was upset for awhile but it really was for the best. :?
  2. I've tried that using Apophysis before. It wasn't really on what I would call a spacescape but it was close to one. You can see it here. Apophysis is good to use on such pictures because it renders on an transparent background. You may notice that you can see the stars to the left of the fractal in the sky.
  3. We just got a dusting of snow here and I'm glad. I just got the DSL back on after the ice storm caused our electric to go out for three days. It got a little cold in here. But everything is back on now and we're all warmed back up now. All we have to do now is get rid of all the tree limbs in the yard.

  5. I came up with this the first time I rendered something on Terragen 2. You may have all ready seen these tutorials but just in case you haven't. Here and here 2 I didn't understand everything about them but they helped me some.
  6. Isn't Spam and bacon nearly the same thing? I mean bacon is just a little more closer to real pork. Now Spam with cheese!
  7. I was referring to the bright colored flowers that he put around it. There was a lot of pop art out at the time that used the flowers and the bright colors that he used. But after writing that, I guess your right. I'm sure that some of the art is still around in pictures and cartoons. ( Scooby Doo comes to mind)
  8. I wonder how many people who wear that symbol are actually aware of its origins...?It's a very nice design, though, LJXD, I'm not speaking ill of it. As far from. I've been waiting all day to post that thanks to the Forum downtime. Nuclear Disarmament... probably not many. Unless you were a freshman in High School in 1970 with a older brother and bunch of older friends to explain it to you. LJXD did a really great job not only on the peace sign but the flowers also. Makes me wonder how old he is.
  9. This is a really good tut Dave. It's just that I can't find in it when we are suppose to save the "mask png" file. I believe it would be at the end of step 4. I'm not in the best of health right now and hope that I just didn't miss it somewhere. If I did, Sorry.
  10. Your a good man Dave Atwell. Thank you for stopping the embarrassment.
  11. Well if there is I haven't seen anything about it on the internet yet.
  12. A loaf a day. Wow! Unless you know a place where you can get cheap bread, that could get expensive in this day and age.
  13. Er..Well...Ahhhh... My wife said that she dosen't.
  14. Sooo. You know what soggy cardboard taste like do you?
  15. But not here, of course. Rant: If I want to be happy here then I'll be happy here :!:  There now. You all are confused just as much as I am now.
