  1. Create a new layer and fill it with white. Move that layer down to the bottom. Just be sure to make it invisible before saving.
  2. Next time use the forum search function. You're far from the only person to ask this question.
  3. Try this menu: Windows > Reset Windows Locations
  4. Please post the contents of your PDNCrash.Log file on your desktop.
  5. If that's true then BoltBait needs to change his... I think the max height is more then 100 but the width is 100 thats all i know. If only there was some place that listed the forum rules...
  6. Well, I must ask, what kind of idiot make a picture like that without using layers?
  7. Isn't this just careful use of a selection tool + Gaussian Blur? Seriously.
  8. OK, yes "using" is like "#include". And, when you want to use a function, look it up in the help file and it will tell you what module you need to "use".
  9. BTW, if Microsoft lawyers are anything like the Intel lawyers I've delt with... They would never risk using "open" source code. So, I'm going to call BS on this one.
  10. So long as the About Box stays the same as it is now. Yes.
  11. Heh. I only count 10/21. And, I'm being generous. Arrows, Gradient, Grid, scanlins, halo, seamless, DPC, and Flip all have better versions out now which makes them useless. Now, compare that to someone like Ed Harvey who has 20+ GOOD plugins. *sigh* I need to work harder... (OK, maybe I'm just tired and cranky as I'm in the middle of a 24 hour shift due to a massive deadline later today. So, what am I doing? Surfing, of course!)
  12. Doesn't matter the source of the code of a plugin. It all matters what it does. The fact is, Feather is useless without an object for it to work on.
  13. Myrddin, click the 'more' link in my sig and tell me how many of the plugins I've developed are actually useful. X/21 = ?
  14. Maybe us plugin developers should make a new sub menu called "Object" where we put all plugins that work with objects. (Drop shadow, feather, outline, wet floor, etc.)
  15. No offense taken. This plugin is useless*--which I pointed out on page 2 of this thread: http://paintdotnet.12.forumer.com/viewt ... 8441#58441 *as are most of my plugins
  16. Well, I started with pleska's Photo Flood Fill plugin (source is available in this forum). And, it's not really very clean. I'll post the algorithm that I'm using if that would do.
  17. Hey! Great idea! In fact, its so good, its one of the most requested: http://paintdotnet.12.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=3455 and, Rick is working hard on it for the 3.20 version.
  18. Hehe. I was just playing "Devil's Advocate". Yeah, its a hack.
  19. IE6 doesn't support PNG transparency properly. What CMD does is a hack. Hack != Support. It supports it just fine. You could say that IE6 doesn't support jpg's because you have to enter some html... etc. It is just a syntax thing that web site developers need to use in order to get their images to show up properly. I would only call it a "hack" if the END USER needed to do something to view the site properly. Or, if you needed to put browser specific CONDITIONAL code in...
