Not for 3.0, no. I'm planning on gutting the Layers window in a post-3.0 release, and all sorts of things will come with that.

This doesn't exist in the Paint.NET code.

I'm guessing you have ATI Hydravision installed. It is known to cause this.

It's set up through Coral for general bandwidth conservation reasons. And for those whom it doesn't work, the workaround that you listed kinda serves as a trial-by-fire "test" Looks like you passed.
