I really like the stuff posted from Star Splatter to the end of your gallery. You have some interesting abstracts.
I'm still new at this program (only had it a couple months) so there isn't much I could tell you, other than it's good.

Thanks, but if I could remember in full detail, I would...here is what I CAN remember

1. Found photoshop brushes on deviantART
2. Used Draw With Photoshop Brushes tutorial with custom brushes plugin by Simon Brown.
3. Used curves to make color adjustment to the "Stars"
4. Used the layer properties and adjust blend modes...
5. Made a new layer and made a big white eclipse (that is what makes that big arc)
6. Layer properties (F4): change transparency of eclipse layer
7. Optional steps: use vignette, glow, and so on to make desired effect. (also used photoshop brushes to accomplish the grid feature on my image...you could try using grid/checkerboard maker plugin and then apply distortions like glass blocks or something to make it look similar to my image.

Sorry I cannot remember all the little details but this is as detailed as I will be able to get

Try it out and see what you come up with

Thank you, for the sig, all i did was find stocks on Morguefile and then blended the layer modes.

For the radiation symbol, I used the equations plugin and then added ellipses on separate layers to add a shiny-looking effect to the symbol. Then for the text, and outline, i think i used an outline plugin and blurred it...

As for my work goes, I think i used layers and blend modes the most to make my work unique. Sorry i cannot really go into detail because I cannot fully remember all the steps i did. Hope this helped Thank you again for the nice comment!

I was trying to reproduce what i did to make this image, but I could not remember how. I know I used some blend mode changes, zoom blur deluxe, diagonal lines, the jumble tool, then after jumble I used the panelling plugin on it. That's about as in detail as I will be able to get, sorry if this doesn't really help, i am kinda stumped myself,

oh well, thanks for the awesome critique on it!
I can send you the pdn file if you want so you can mess around with it and see what you can add to it.
