Cc4FuzzyHuggles
Hello. What effect are you wanting? The lines and very small splatters that are overlaying the entire picture, or the lighting/shading and blur of the plane? Ego Eram Reputo
I've changed the thread title for you Dyno. In answer to your question, try this set of plugins: PolyGlitch specifically Pixel Drag. Cc4FuzzyHuggles
It looks like photoshop brushes were used on that picture. If that's the case, then I suggest...You get these file type plugins :http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?showtopic=25792http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?showtopic=25696http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?showtopic=18128Don't know how to install plugins? See Here.Since the plugins above are file type plugins, put them in the file type folder instead of the effects folder.Once you have those plugins, you can do a lot of browsing on Brusheezy : http://www.brusheezy.com/free/lines?page=6A lot of brushes come in brush sets, I recommend this program to load and then export the brushes as individual brushes : abrMateIf you don't already know how to work with layers, you will then want to learn how to use layers and their blending modes : http://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/BlendModes.html Edited February 9, 2015 by Cc4FuzzyHuggles Quote *~ Cc4FuzzyHuggles Gallery ~*
