Hey guys im new here so if i posted in the wrong section correct me ok? so i have a doubt about how do you actually get the effect of the plane below? uB7LoI1.jpg

In answer to your question, try this set of plugins: PolyGlitch specifically Pixel Drag.

It looks like photoshop brushes were used on that picture. If that's the case, then I suggest...

You get these file type plugins :



Don't know how to install plugins? See Here.
Since the plugins above are file type plugins, put them in the file type folder instead of the effects folder.

Once you have those plugins, you can do a lot of browsing on Brusheezy : http://www.brusheezy.com/free/lines?page=6
A lot of brushes come in brush sets, I recommend this program to load and then export the brushes as individual brushes : abrMate

If you don't already know how to work with layers, you will then want to learn how to use layers and their blending modes : http://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/BlendModes.html
