HauntingOfTheWicked
I have started using an opensource programme called mypaint and it seems to deal mostly in .ora files. Is there paint.net plugin that opens theses files or would it be possible to request one that will?
mountnman
i know that gimp does.. but as .ora files are nearly exclusive to mypaint, why not save as another file type and save the headache? HauntingOfTheWicked
i know that gimp does.. but as .ora files are nearly exclusive to mypaint, why not save as another file type and save the headache? That was my original idea but I just thought it would be useful to have layers maintained between the two programmes
pdnnoob
you're just going to have to save individual layer, then. PDN doesn't support .ora Quote No, Paint.NET is not spyware...but, installing it is an IQ test. ~BoltBait Blend modes are like the filling in your sandwich. Simon Brown
If mypaint supports PSD, you could use the PSD plugin to edit your files in both.
Zagna
Maybe it could be possible for some of our more experienced developers here to try and translate the Pinta implementation of OpenRaster? https://github.com/j...ts/OraFormat.cs With an external plugin, any licensing would be free choice to the dev? I gave it an attempt myself... but with no PDN experience(and equally little C# experience) all I could hope is get no errors from Visual Studio with regards to proper datatypes and stuff with OnLoad, OnSave was way more complicated. And even then it didn't work Maybe I could put my miserable attempt in the plugin dev central and someone(s) could fix it?
