Star Dll?

I've been looking for a Dll that makes stars like these.

They are about 1 pixel each and it's a pain to make a bunch of them by hand >.<;

I would appreciate it if anyone could make or find a Dll that can make those kinds of stars. (+ and x shapes) I've tried all the Dlls I could find but they either didn't work, or didn't do what I needed. . .

Or could someone teach me to make Dll's so I can post them like crazy. lol

Probably best to make an image of each star type

that you want, and save it on a transparent background.

Use it as a brush in the CustomBrushMini plugin.

Or copy/paste it multiple times as needed.

try the above plugin. you'll need to make white dots on a black background for it to work though.

The Splinter Blur effect run over light colored dots will give a very similar effect.
