I remember the last time I loaded Windows 7 and tried to install paint.net it would not install. I got an error message. I cannot recall what the message was but I think I was trying to install the .net framework.

Is anyone use paint.net with Windows 7 successfully?

If there's an error then please post what it is. Otherwise we have no idea what the issue is, or if it's just a configuration problem or lack of Windows Updates.

To run PDN under Win7 you need to have SP1 with Platform Update installed.

Maybe that was it. I didn't have that Platform Update installed. I never heard of it. But if the installer is supposed to download it automatically I don't know what went wrong.
