I have forget how to insert the new background

Sorry. It's my memory. It causes me a lot of disconfort.

I don't remember how to insert with layers a new background

I don't get the desired result.

 

This is my initial image

I can relate to the memory problems ..... I forget a lot of things too .

 

1.  You can use the magic wand to select the image.  Increase the Tolerance level if it doesn't select the whole image.

2.  Make a new layer and whilst the image is still selected you can add a color.

I would just create a new lower layer and put the new background in it. The transparency in the foreground image will take care of the rest.
