I believe you are misunderstanding this plugin: those are the shapes of borders it will make. FOr example, the ellipse setting, with no selection, would make a circle as large as the image. On a selection, it would make a circle the size of the selection. Understand now?

Go to the "Image" menu at the top, then click "Resize". Good enough? Also, to crop, select the part you want to crop to, and then go to "Image" and click "Crop to Selection". Does that answer your question?

For the name change- 1. It is completely trivial and non-important IMO. 2. It is called Paint.NET because it uses the .NET framework. There would be no meaning behind "Paint-NET", and also, I don't believe there it a framework called -NET. Also, your title is too ambiguous. Please change it, or this thread will be locked.

Fair point, although I don't just mean "make a template in black and white", you could do all sorts with it, add colour, drop shadows, emboss it, all sorts, I tell you! But if it's not right for PDN, then it's not right. Also, Simon, no, we would not.

By the way, when I said a font, just to clarify, I didn't mean "make a font", I meant"choose a font and edit it, possibly to make it follow a theme".

You should get a dA! It might be helpful for organisation, and also, us FF users with the PicLens plugin can view all your images at once on a 3D wall! Of course, we can do that with photobucket and imageshack as well, but a dA would still be beneficial.

I love your work! Even if we can only see four images, including your current sig and avatar, you're still good.
