  1. but it's not weird for me to disappear first and then slap you??? (this thread is soooo off topic right now! but it's MINE and I don't care )
  2. google + unsabotaged wikipedia pages = infinite knowledge! so i looked up this thingy and now i think i know exactly how to implement this addition, and will set about doing so as soon as i find myself motivated and without homework. *poof*
  3. my library never hosts paint.net classes... *jealous!* all my library has is BOOKS! how lame.
  4. So really my only hope of getting this one stickied is to somehow outdo Tom's version. The problem with that is I don't have a clue what all his has... Any ideas? @usedHONDA: That little picture, I don't really know what it is  I'm pretty much a total newbie when it comes to photomanip and graphics software. More explanation would be nice, and I'll do my best to implement it once I know what "it" is.
  5. im glad that my little plugin is considered worthy to be in your plugin pack lol. now if only i could make my new plugin "play nice" with pencil sketch, levels, and dents...
  6. looks nice but the greys and browns in between the more colorful ones are ... ugh. yeah.
  7. of course of course of course! 'twould be nice if you linked back here though y'know? also, i'm planning on adding a couple more curves to the plugin, so you might wanna wait for those! or just include the new ver in an update or something.... whatever floats your boat.
  8. that is without a doubt the best comparison i have ever heard about paint.net and photoshop.
  9. I assume I have to wait for the release version to be... er... released to see the source... ... ... ...
  10. Blah with a private one. If I'm gonna make a tut, it's gonna be for everyone to see! Enjoy. http://paintdotnet.12.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?p=36390
  11. yes you can! let me know if you cant figure it out and ill pm you a little tut =)
  12. The file might contain some bad info. Some programs, especially MS ones, ignore bad data, but PdN might very well get confused by it. Try loading the file into a program that does load it, (you said MSPaint works fine) and then save a new copy using that. Then try opening the new copy in PdN.
  13. I vote for Sin City style. That should be a lotta fun.
  14. technically, yes, but since when are weekly contests ever weekly?
  15. Didn't use this tut for the avatar. I started out with it for the sig, but ended up changing a whole lot of things. Just play around.
  16. Curves is in every fire tut too! lol ok i'm done arguing now. yay!! it feels good to be appreciated! *hug*
  17. well that's an issue right there. paint.net is written almost entirely in c# (with bits of c++ for shell integration) It's possible, however, to compile it in c# express. Read the threads on how to workaround the initial errors you get when doing so. Transitioning from vb to c# is fairly easy (that's what I did...) especially if you are familiar with java.
