  1. Cut yourself out of a better image then paste that on a new layer of an image of an airplane.

  3. I suspect that your virus software is being too aggressive. Try white listing Paint.NET.
  4. I always recommend doing all development at 100% because Visual Studio doesn't work well above that.

  7. Every user has a small allotment of space they're allowed to use when uploading graphics to the message board. You've used up all of your allotment. Going forward, you'll need to find somewhere else to host your image files.

  10. @toe_head2001 managed to change the image column background for CodeLab. Also, he made the flyout indicator (right arrow) white.

  12. Unfortunately, Paint.NET just doesn't handle color profiles. So, if you want support for them, you must use a software that supports color profiles. If you don't like Photo****, try CorelDRAW. You can get that cheap and it works pretty well. I am not familiar with other free software to point you toward one that supports color profiles.
  13. If you have my plugin pack installed, you can use the magic wand to make your selection, add a new layer, and then Effects > Selection > Outline selection

  16. Check the layer properties of the layer that you are typing onto. Maybe the layer is set to less than full opacity.

  18. We are aware of your bug report. No need to "up" the post. I dug into this and it is happening in a part of the code I don't understand. I think @Rick Brewster is going to have to look into this... and he's away from the forum this weekend. Please be patient. We will get to the bottom of this.
