I didn't use the circle tool for the moon, i use ellipse select and made clouds inside the selection. I used glow for the moon(that's the one you are missing). You're going to want to make the gradients on a separate layer and change the secondary color to complete transparency. That way the gradient will look good no matter what background it is on.
