Do you know what you see on your computer when you have no programs or anything open? You see the Desktop, with icons, a background image, and your Taskbar, which has the 'Start' button on it. Not just a picture either, but ive been meaning to create and actual boot screen + logon screen for a while. And do the entries have to be made completly in PdN? I don't know if I'm up to doing all that but I'll try to do the start button I wish for and maybe the background instead of the blue 3dbox thingy that's there now. That's the full menu (yes, when you click on it). The wallpaper will most likely be stock. Some people might make their own, but personally, I'm using stock.
