Kitty Soules
Does anyone have an idea how to recreate this famous effect, used by a camera with a special prism lens, from this Pink Floyd album? I'm interested in covering this photo. Quote All in all, you're just another brick in the wall.

Ego Eram Reputo
Have a play with Effects > Blurs > Fragment. The effect desaturates the original image. To counter this I duplicate the layer, set the blend to Multiply & merge down. Repeat as required.
