Sorry my english is bad...

I want to Print all my Pictues out for some Friends. The huge Problem is the size have to 4:3 or 16:9.

I looking for a Plugin or something like that who has an open frame but it fix locket to 16:9, 4:3. I want to move it around to find the perfect size for.

1. Download the .dll or the plugin pack.
2. Virus scan it (hopefully not needed, but a good habit!)
3. If you only need the composition tool then look for the file called 'Compotool.dll'.
4. Close the Paint.NET program.
5. Move the Compotool.dll file to the folder Program files/Paint.NET/Effects.
6. Restart the Paint.NET program and look under the menu Effects/Photo and click where it says 'Compo tool ..'.

Oke there is another Sample Pic. I will remove the Black "whatever" on To of the Picture. After than the Pic should have 1005 x 566 Pixel and the other thinks on the Pic shuld cut. How i can do this?!

The rectangle selection tool allows you to set a fixed ratio.

Just change the last option of the tool from 'Normal' to 'Fixed Ratio'.

 

But to do this on thousands of pictures will take some time...
