jim100361 Posted October 9, 2012 Share Posted October 9, 2012 I think you'll find Pyrochild's Liquify Plugin to be useful for this: http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?showtopic=20688 The example in the link shows the plugin using "bloating" to enlarge the tiger's eye. Try the liquify plugin as jim suggested. If the results are not satisfactory, you should take a look at this tutorial for help with removing the shadows. Finally a little Gaussian blur to smooth everything out.
