colour swapping

hey guys, super new here! just quickly got a large project on the go and need some advice! is there a way to colour swap ie white to blue, i have a drawing of a rock crusher that i need as a blue background currently it is white with the drawing cutting the background up, its gonna take me forever to change all the sections individually!

There are several ways to do it, so what you choose to do depends on your picture.

Solution #1:

Use the recolor tool

Solution #2:

Use the Grim Color Reaper plugin, then add a new layer, fill it with blue, and move it down.

There are more, but those are in my opinion, the easiest and most effective.
