Midgetalien
Thanks for the comments I got my hands on a drawing tablet so i i messed around, heres what i came up with: I kinda cheated though as i had a source picture to work from - Though my sketech differs abit. I think i might get along well with this drawing tablet Quote My Gallery|MyDeviantart|My Earth Texture Tutorial|Paint.net Chat
HELEN
I use a source picture to work from 85% of the time and I'm pretty sure a lot of people do the same. It's very hard to imagine something detailed in your head like that. And I've taken up drawing with a tablet again. Let's get back to your image. First of all, it's a very cute and cuddly bird. I love the structure of it and the details. Very nice piece! You're an artist, aren't you? Quote Don't spit into the well, you might drink from it later. -----Yiddish ProverbGlossy Galaxy Ball---How to Make FoliageMy Gallery PDN Fans--My DA

Midgetalien
Heres another that i have just finished - again i used a source pic but a lot more free hand in this one. Think i am getting used to using a tablet now: Quote My Gallery|MyDeviantart|My Earth Texture Tutorial|Paint.net Chat
theonlychad
very good work with the tablet midget. I have one but don't use because i wanted to use the pressure sensitivity. I think i might pick it up and start using again sooner or later. Quote "Clearly it's a very serious and literal meaning. Goonfella
Nice drawings using the tablet. Does PDN not support pressure sensitivity then? Or is it something to do with the tablet itself? Midgetalien
Nope PDN does not support pressure sensitivity - Might have to get photoshop for that....... Quote My Gallery|MyDeviantart|My Earth Texture Tutorial|Paint.net Chat

theonlychad
very nice new image midget. The bottom portion of the had could be more 3d though and the shadows need some work other than that great job mate. Quote "Clearly it's a very serious and literal meaning.
