Actually, I think PNGs save a little tiny bit darker. This could just be a dumb thought though.

On the background layer, press cntrl-A and press delete. The color should be a checkerboard now, which means transparency.

I like the background and the font is well chosen. The really small grunge effect on it is cool. The yellow line thing is cool, but I'm not so crazy about the circles. They're still interesting, though.
