I have completely re-written the tutorial. It now has a better outcome and has clearer instructions.

A mixture of clouds, clouds with displacement, and dents. Speaking of displacement, does anyone know what plugin pack it's in? I was looking for it so I could link to it in one of my tuts, but I couldn't find it.

This isn't really the forum for asking a question like that. It depends on the background... you should make it as small as possible so it doesn't load slowly, but still make it look nice.
