Wow, that's awesome!

@Icey: NIIIICCCCEEEEEE! Only thing I would improve on the Pepsi can is to make the top and bottom more chrome"er." Try Ash's 3d chrome tut, I think it'll help you a bunch. Edit: I would also feather the edge of the can to eliminate the jagged edge.

Congrats for being featured in the galleria again. Your work are awesome!
-
Thanks for the head up. *chuckles* Glad you are enjoying them.

I know I'm not supposed to bump my thread, but it been awhile since the last post. Added an interesting abstract drew purely by accident.

I know practice makes perfect. That was my old, once upon a time, motto. I saw your trash bin and it got me laughing actually. Looks like the dog got cooked in the microwave or something.

Man, if you had said you made the ship, I would call you a genius! Well, your space scene is a genius work. You actually got me thinking of how I could make a ship. -
Really? Then does Window 7 have that transparent taskbar and floating object dock? That's what I was focusing on.
-
Oma, what can I say about your gallery? For a grandma, you got some serious talent. I do hope I will wind up as talented as you are.
-
You ought to do some work to post in Stardock. I know people would be tripping over themselves to have their Vista look like that.

Agreed. I think Outline would work. I also used Ash's 3d chrome tut to help. BTW, I want to say your Space Race's pic is . How in the world did you make that ship? I am into sci-fi myself and would love to create a ship. -
Just thought I would return the favor since you were one of the first to response to my gallery when I first arrived. Keep it up.

Yep, that's the one. Did you had some trouble following that tut? I thought it wasn't very well written. Edit: I went to that website and noticed a lot of misspelling. *shakes head* Nobody proofread anymore. -
Nab, your skill is mad.

Hey man, I think if you wanna go with that look, stick with it. I just thought maybe a suggestion would do you good. If you want to, I could give you the URL of the PS tut I used to do my piece. -
Helen, your forest picture is so . Very well done. BTW, thanks for your tip. I frequent a site called Good Tutorials, and I usually get inspiration from that site. Edited to add more comment.

Very interesting. I am wondering if it's Carrie Underwood in your Avatar.

Your UFO puzzle looks really good though maybe adding more depth with outline (Pyrochild's plugin) would enchance it a bit. I think this is a great example of a marriage between 3D and Displacement map. -
Thank you Oma! I was looking forward to hearing from you. I plan to redo the wine bottle as I have discovered how to do the Beizer curve. Actually, I have seen your UFO piece. It looks great! *realizes I need to comment in your gallery*

I had been to this gallery a few times, and I got to say this:    . You have some serious talent. Could you give me some tips on how to draw?
-
 I'm surprised you like it. I am not entirely happy with it, but thank you for your kind response.

Added a mask...it looks
-
Oma, very good looking bottles. The only thing I noticed was the jagged edges, which was the one of the same problems I had. I am thinking an Alpha mask plugin might help smooth out the edge. I noticed similar problem with the wet floor reflection. It would look jagged in the reflection.
-
One thing I had done was download several abstract and fractal brushes made for PS, and convert it into PDN brushes. I have to yet try them out, but when I do, I will post my attempt.
-
Oh I agree with you and Oma. Perhaps when I get back to it, I will fix it or redesign the whole thing from scratch and make it have a wet floor reflection to give it a depth. Speaking of depth, is there any way I can create it with the bottle? @Soul41, that is a real nice looking space scene. It seem to be a very popular artwork in this forum.
