I agree. I would say they are all awesome had you not included the arsenal one. But that's only because I am grumpy, sunburned and I just failed an exam. My favourite one is the 5th one down. How did you do the curved text O.o OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO and I have a favour to ask the lovely people of this lovely forum. Please may the lovely people here take a lovely photograph of themselves and post them somewhere for me to see please. I am practicing caracaturing people and the lovely people of this lovely forum are lovely and so would make very lovely models. -
The Emboss effect is in almost every photo editing program in the whole wide world.... My question is why? It looks rubbish and I've never seen anyone use it before...

Lol awesome teddy bear ^_^ I really like the shading. How could I bring myself to mutilate such a happy looking teddy in a fight to the death?!?! Kind of reminds me of winnie the pooh -
Help! ASAP! I can't get my graphs into paint.net!
aatwo replied to gusaeiris's topic in Paint.NET Discussion and Questions
you could use the print screen button and then paste the screenshot into paint.net. You can then just crop the image to get just the graph. This way you won't loose any resolution. Please spam this post with love and happy messages if you found this helpful. -
yeh if you use the hue effect it actually makes some of them (especially the blue one) look a lot nicer.

go here, read it and instal the glow plugin. http://paintdotnet.12.forumer.com/viewt ... 24&start=0 when that's done.... - Open paint.net - Hold control and press A and then let go and press delete. This will delete all the white parts of the canvas. - Select the rounded rectangle tool and choose a nice bright colour. - Draw the shape of a lightsaber on the screen like this... - Duplicate the layer twice. - On on the bottom duplicated layers, do a gaussian blur by about 20 units. - On the top duplicated layer use the glow plugin with the following approximate settings... 1) Glow Radius = 6 2) Glow Brightness = 44 3) Glow Contrast = 25 - Now flatten the image and violá. A cool looking light saber effect. Play with the values and you can find something to suit you. If you dont understand something just ask.

The text looks awesome. The only bad thing is the height of it. It's really big!

There is no way to do animations import sounds create flash files/movies/ gif animations of any kind what so ever and there are no plugins ever invented to do any of these things and there probably will never ever in a hugmontugantuous amount of years ever be a feature like this in paint.net not even if the developers decided to do it god would stop them with his magic power beam of doom.

I get this sometimes when I am scrolling through fonts and I reach some certain ones. If I just leave it for a few seconds it usually unfreezes. I noticed that it does the same in other programs with exactly the same fonts to so it isn't paint.nets fault.

so this is a localisation which basically changes every instance of the word 'color' to 'colour'?

Feature Request: Real-time canvas resizing

only until you decide you want to make the canvas bigger. But I dont see what's wrong with typing the values into the canvas size form. -

lol cool ninja drawing . And that background in the sig is really cool. Heres a sketch I made in one of my many boring classes. I decided not to use the computer to rework it because I decided it looks better on the paper. It's supposed to be gordon freeman from halflife but I forgot to draw the beard -
If you get the image size right using paint.net you can then just import it to microsoft word or something and print it that way. If you set the zoom in Word right you can get the paper size on the screen to exactly match the size of paper in real life, and so you can edit the image size to suit by comparison if you like.
