  1. I'll second that. And, if no one's counting, I'll third that!
  2. Sucks? Not at all! It looks like a fish to me--better than I could draw.
  3. He wont. The only way he can be sure if his code is copyright clear is to develop it himself.
  4. 1) Create a new layer 2) Type your text on that layer It is always a good idea to keep your text on its own layer. 3) Use the square selection tool to select your text Make sure to select a larger area than your text, the end result will look better. 4) Use the move selected pixels tool to (and here's the key) RIGHT click and drag the corner selection nubs. This will allow you to freely rotate the text to any angle you want.
  5. Eraesr, use your powers for good, not evil.
  6. 1. Adjustment > Black and White 2. Adjustment > Brightness / Contrast Adjust the contrast all the way up. Then, adjust the brightness for desired effect. 3. Add color to the picture 4. Crop for dramatic effect.
  7. You could also change the entire photo to black and white. Would that be acceptable?
  8. What I mean is, there are so many artistic styles, can you show us your comic? Or, can you show us an example of some blood spray you've done that you're not happy with? It would be best if you could find a picture that you really like so that someone here could help you recreate it.
  9. Can you show us an example of what you want to create? There are so many different styles...
  10. Well, IE7 does support PNG transparency properly. IE6 only supports PNG transparency like GIF--either fully transparent or fully opaque. My recommendation: try both PNG and GIF to see which format works best for your type of graphics.
  11. Look for my post about 1/2 way down the page here: http://paintdotnet.12.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=3736
  12. There should be no difference as far as the Render function is concerned. If you have a working CodeLab script, then adding a UI should be easy.
  13. I just noticed this on the Paint.NET v3.20 Roadmap page. I'm curious... What new features of .NET Framework 3.0 will you be taking advantage of?
  14. Ha ha! I had already stumbled across that! (just kidding, or am I?)
  15. I'm not joking. I would be quite easy. Maybe I'll just set it up so that on an AMD it will give a warning dialog box that says, "Time to upgrade your PC" and then closes paint.net.
  16. I could write a plugin that on an Intel processor does some new fancy wizbang thing and on AMD it does nothing. Seems to me that anything is possible.
  17. Dude! You're cracking me up! Stripprimarycolor is the worst.plugin.evar!
  18. Today, I taught my students how to use unfreeze to make animated gifs. Here is the best one done by one of my students: It was drawn freehand by my 10-year-old daughter.
  19. Then you should follow the link MadJik gave you where you can find several nice fonts which will do what you want. For example, this one: http://www.dafont.com/fr/splatz-brk.font Then, do what Dark_King suggested to add the mud coloring.
  20. It gives me more plesure than you can imagine... to keep you guessing.
  21. Save your graphic in PNG format and use Microsoft Paint to do the actual printing.
  22. barkbark00, I see what you are talking about. Here is an example image where the curve in the top circle is being reflected to the bottom circle: The issue is coming from the line (pointed to from the big red arrow) that triggers the reflection--it is not smooth! This is causing the reflection to be off by +/- one pixel. Not sure I can do anything about that... Maybe have a transparancy trigger point, like 128 or higher triggers the reflection and below that level is ignored...? Any other ideas?
  23. I guess you could say that they are similar--they produce similar results to my name shown below. However, the javascript that you point to can not make 3D reflections like the yellow box on the right:
  24. Try the menu command: Window > Reset Window Locations Is that what you mean?
  25. Ok, try again, only this time stop shouting. http://paintdotnet.12.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=3446
