  1. Together means WHAT? Side by side? One under the other? One blending over the other?
  2. If you're searching exactly this result, you will fail without additional plugin. You can repeatedly use noise, median, blur und resizing the image with different values for the options and may find something like this: or this: Bands are made with line tool manually.
  3. That's why EER said, you have to understand the relationship. DOTS per inch (dpi, printer) and PIXELS per inch (ppi, Display) are NOT the same - and moreover - aren't the same from printer to printer and from display to display.
  4. That is maybe a misleading wording. If your original image is NOT a square but a rectangle, you have either to crop something (or adding a frame) or the aspect ratio is changing and the image will be squeezed or stretched. The only thing, that may stay untouched is the DPI resolution.
  5. I don't know. I was never interested in such things und could only use Google for an answer and that can do yourself.
  6. Getting admin rights is really basic Windows stuff. If your Windows HELP isn't enough, Google should provide tutorials as text and video. Because putting DLLs in the System isn't trivial for the security. Without plugins it is nearly impossible. You have to use the inbuilt effects and I'm afraid that this is not satisfing you.
  7. You could combine some layers with different variants of MultiSpline plugin, edited by adding Local Noise. My fast test result: Adding PolyGlitch Effect "Pixel Drag":
  8. If you want to straighten an image with a slate horizon, try Level Horizon Spirit Level Photo Effect
  9. Why don't you check the image-size before and resize it, if necessary? Additional, you can change the size after dragging by holding the SHIFT key while dragging one of the nubs on the corners. And of course you should do all this in a new layer. Automatical resizing is not a good idea if the aspect ratio doesn't fit. It stretches or squeezes your image.
  10. Eli said it before: You need it just to visualize/match the curvature needed in your project. So if you don't need a orientation/help/guidance then you don't need a second layer with a curved line.
  11. Maybe it's time for more RAM or even a new computer? Christmas is near...
  12. You are wrong. I can't even see critque. You talk about yourself. And transporting your sadness in a new thread don't make things better. I gave you an suggestion and your reaction was inadequate. Your new example shows me, that you have to learn how to use Conditional Hue/Saturation correctly, so that only the green pixels are changing the color. BTW: Your "illustrations" are ... umm ... tiny.
  13. I think, it's important to know, what (HEX)editor you used and how the file header looks in it. And btw: never work with the original file - always use a copy.
  14. So do your own trial. I don't do your work. Do you expect a plugin, that can do anything you want in one single click? There are a lot color editing plugins for PDN. BTW: With such a small image where you can easily edit every single pixel maybe it's better to do this without any plugin.
  15. Try Conditional Hue/Saturation. My result:
  16. Change DPI and resolution of your monitor. Its a system question.
  17. Use "Move selected Pixels", click on the layer or select entire layer by pressing CTRL + A. Then you can move the layer and its content per pixel with arrow keys or CTRL + Arrow key for bigger steps (10 px).
  18. The reason is shown in the menu options for the line tool. You have choosen "Antialiasing Enabled" (beside Fill Mode).
  19. There's a LOT of Sharpening Effects. Personally I prefer Sharpen+ and the Laplacian Pyramid Filter with "Detail Handling" between 0.8 and 0.99. But don't expect too much! It depends on the size, content and quality of the picture. No filter effect can really replace or compensate a sharp image.
  20. Use a new layer only for the gradient and then "Grid Warp", "TR's Free Warp" or even a Lens/Magnifier Effect.
  21. Because you have choosen the SHAPE tool and not the SELECTION tool.
