Ego Eram Reputo Posted September 22, 2015 Share Posted September 22, 2015 You can delete the region - in paint.net it will show a checkerboard pattern which denotes transparency. Select the region and press Delete. Cautionary note: BMP's do not support transparency. You'll need to save it as a PNG.
