I'd like to get paint.net at my school on this computer, but I can't install the EXE, I was hoping someone could zip the entire program and host it somewhere for me, it would be really helpful, thanks. But BTW the best method should(must) be to ask first the network admin! I removed the help files and the uninstaller, cutting it from 11MB zip to 1.7MB zip, so I'm not 100% sure it'll work, but since it's not being installed, I figured I'd save the 8MB and take out the uninstaller. Also, there's a bumload of plugins in there for your enjoyment. (My apologies to the copyright owners of the plugins for distributing them. I didn't even think of that when I zipped it. ) Hope it works for you!
