Picc84
would it be worth it, if i took all the tutorials and put them into video format for the ones who dont get were everything is? I have a desktop recording program, and i'm thinking of doing this...

barkbark00
Youtube cuts the size. Desktops get unreadable. you need something that is full screen capable. Quote  Take responsibility for your own intelligence. 😉 -Rick Brewster
Picc84
hm... Anyone know of a host? wait? if i host them myself for download maybe?
Hellfire010
Youtube would be easier, perhaps you can make a seperate video for each tutorial, but have it all on one topic. Just keep updating the first post whenever you make a new one. I love the idea by the way.
Picc84
Yea, thats what i ment by that... Thanks bro! I'm going to do the "start fire with paint.net" one now...

Oh, I misunderstood what you meant by "size." Thought you meant video length rather than screen size... so yeah, you has a point.
Picc84
Yea, hears the video, but thats defiantly not going to work, i'll make them downloable by my own host...
Rick Brewster
Comments: 1) Awesome idea. 2) Make sure to include the word "tutorial" in the video title. So if someone searches for "Paint.NET tutorial", they'll find it in a snap. 3) Try lowering your screen resolution when recording the video. I don't know if it'll still be possible to make screen elements readable, but it can't hurt to try. Looks like you're at ... 1680x1050?
