captainslater
Is there a way to print filenames from Paint.net?
Rick Brewster
I'm not sure I follow what you're asking for ... why would you want to print file names? You can do that with Notepad if you really want ... captainslater
Sorry for my short and misleading question. I have a directory with a bunch of images and open them with paint.net. Now I want to print all of these images (either scaled to paper size or minimized). But I want to include the filename of these images on the print. As I've learned there is an option for this in IrfanView. Now I'd like to know if this is possible with paint.net (plug-in?) too?
Rick Brewster
Sorry, not possible in Paint.NET unless you were to manually add the file name to each and every image, e.g. using the Text tool. captainslater
Hm no that's not my intention. Thank you anyway for your answer.
jim100361
You could do it as Rick suggested for printing, but turn the text layer off by removing the check mark to save the final image w/out the text EDIT: Or just delete the layer and save it w/out in final. captainslater
Of course this would be possible but I'm looking for a quick solution and editing over 300 images isn't that quick
