Paint.NET is not a screen capture tool though -- the work to enable a feature like that just is not worth it when the built-in facilities Windows provides, along with simple selection + cropping, are complete and simple to use anyway. morsub4u Posted May 2, 2007 Share Posted May 2, 2007 I believe windows does this already. Try holding SHIFT+Print Screen or ALT+Print Screen. This will capture ONLY the active window. Just pressing the Print Screen button should capture the entire screen. It's been a while since I've played with it but I'm sure you can find more information with a google search. Good luck!
