Random Hexagons where Adjacent ones have (mostly) different colors

Hello,

 

You may want to try several plugins.

 

1. Using the plugin Hexagonal grid, you can create a grid with very thin lines.

2. There is a plugin with many other effects called GMIC and inside this plugin look for Reptorian and choose Auto fill coloring.

3. Then use the plugin Split color and brightness to remove the dark colors.

 

It is not perfect but maybe other members have other ideas.

It has Pixelate (Hexagon)  - run it over a random Noise filled layer.
