Rakesh
I am using paint.net very long time and its very smooth. Only one thing is lacking is how can edit history works or previous task in same session.
Pixey
Hello @Rakesh and welcome to the forum Once you 'flatten' an image, you cannot edit the text. You must save your work in .pdn format, with the text on its own layer - then you can edit. 1 Quote How I made Jennifer & Halle in Paint.net My Gallery | My Deviant Art "Rescuing one animal may not change the world, but for that animal their world is changed forever!" anon. Tactilis
You can't actually edit the letters of the text once it has been entered. There is a long-standing feature request to provide this capability in the future. However, as @Pixey says, if you enter your text on a separate layer then it's easy to delete old text and re-enter any that you wish to change. But you can't actually 'edit' existing text.
Ego Eram Reputo
^ Agreed! Ctrl + Shift + N = create new layer. This has to be one of my most used shortcuts. After a while it becomes a habit to create a new layer for every new element you're adding to the image.
