rowski
With the latest "upgrade" I can no longer figure out how to insert an arrow on a photo. I found the shapes tool, selected an arrow, selected a fill, and style, but I can't seem to place the arrow on the photo. Once by pure chance I got an arrow to appear but then could not change the color, or rotate it. Thank you!
Ego Eram Reputo
Hi @rowski - welcome to the forum Make sure you have no selection active (press Ctrl + D). If there is one - the shape will be restricted to inside the selection (usually somewhere else than where you want it) Quote ebook: Mastering Paint.NET | resources: Plugin Index | Stereogram Tut | proud supporter of Codelab plugins: EER's Plugin Pack | Planetoid | StickMan | WhichSymbol+ | Dr Scott's Markup Renderer | CSV Filetype | dwarf horde plugins: Plugin Browser | ShapeMaker
Pixey
Hi @rowski It may be easier for you to draw the arrow on a new layer and, whilst it is still selected, move the corners to align it. Then flatten you image Quote How I made Jennifer & Halle in Paint.net My Gallery | My Deviant Art "Rescuing one animal may not change the world, but for that animal their world is changed forever!" anon.
