HannahW
I've been using Paint NET for a hot minute but primarily for digital art/graphics but recently my mom asked if I could help her family photos but I think all hope may be lost... Example below. I've tried several effects/plug ins/playing with levels but nothing looks even close to great. Is there a way to save these that I'm overlooking? Things I've tried alone and in combination; Reduce Noise Sharpen Adjusting Levels Remove Dust Plugin

I didn’t put a + in the file names? I believe the camera did that automatically? my mom wants something she can hang on her walls and all I’ve been able to produce couldn’t be that large (in my opinion)
