Tiling Mode for Block Tiling

Hello Everyone! I hope you are all doing good!

 

I am a Minecraft Texture Pack Maker and I need help finding a plugin. Like Aseprite, I need a Tiling Mode, so I can make seamless blocks for textures better.

Why I don't just use Aseprite? I just find it quite hideous with its interface and style of brushes and the whole UI, so I get very frustrated using it, so I prefer

paint.net. 

 

I do not know if the following image explains what I'm looking for, but I'm looking for a plugin that helps me tile textures in real time, that in each square of

canvas draws with every pen or brush, I don't know if I made my self clear.

If you find anything very similar to this, I would greatly appreciate it!

That kind of real-time tiling is not possible in paint.net.

 

Both Krita and GIMP have the feature though.

Hi @sansuamorera,

 

Did you try Layers->Rotate/Zoom? (CTRL+Shift+Z)

 

It has a Tiling option. You may need to work on a large canvas for creating the main image to get a high quality result. Then, zoom-out while Tiling option is checked. Still not realtime though.
