-M4- Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 Duplicate Layer, use Glow (adjust it until you're satisfied) and erase the parts you don't want to be shiny. 1 Quote
lynxster4 Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 Hi @Magda and welcome to the forum! You can also make a new transparent layer above your image and set the blending mode to 'Color Dodge'. Select the Brush tool and set the hardness to 0%. In the Palette, select a color between white and gray; the lighter the color, the more 'shine'. On transparent layer use the brush tool (with a selected brush width) on spots that you want to shine. In this example, I used this technique to highlight all the ridges and make them shiny. Hope this helps! 3 Quote My Art Gallery | My Shape Packs | ShapeMaker Mini Tut | Air Bubble Stained Glass Chrome Text with Reflections | Porcelain Text w/ Variegated Coloring | Realistic Knit PatternOpalescent Stained Glass | Frosted Snowman Cookie | Leather Texture | Plastic Text | Silk Embroidery Visit my Personal Website "Never, ever lose your sense of humor - you'll live longer"
